Recognize and leverage the synergy between intuitive process design and WalkMe’s in-app guidance capabilities. Use WalkMe to create user-friendly, efficient workflows that make it easy for employees to learn and adapt to new processes, ensuring faster adoption and a smooth transition.

Education and Qualifications

- WalkMe and SAP SuccessFactors expertise: 3-5 years of SAP SuccessFactors and WalkMe implementation experience.

- Professional Services Experience: Prior experience in a professional services setting is highly valued.

- HR Knowledge: Strong grasp of HR principles, practices, and regulations to support designing and optimizing HR processes for large, global enterprises.

- Consulting Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading workshops and guiding stakeholders, with the ability to drive the adoption and integration of new HR processes and technologies.
