- Currently enrolled in, or completed within the last 12 months, a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, material science, physics or equivalent
- Internship, coursework, or experience in semiconductor fabrication
- Hands on experience within an industrial or academic fabrication cleanroom facility.
- Experience in operating various fabrication tools, handling wafers and diced samples, manual wet chemical processing, and MES system.
- Problem solving, analytical, writing and communication skills.
