Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
15 years of experience in enterprise technology
5 years of experience with consumption-based business models
5 years of experience in program management, program operations, and program design
5 years of experience in partner management, partner development, or channel sales roles
Preferred qualifications:
15 years of experience in technology
7 years of experience in program design, product launches, documentation, or change management
Experience managing, implementing, and successfully executing complex product or program roll-outs and cross-functional initiatives
Experience in program, community, or product launch readiness
Ability to phase and plan multi-quarter projects with exceptional attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements and project manage large, strategic, and operational initiatives with little to no guidance from management
