- Execute business in accordance with the highest ethical, legal, and compliance standards, including timely and successful completion of all required training.
- Maintain and share relevant information regarding pharmacy contacts, trends, competitive intelligence, etc. with Patient Access Service, Market Access, Product Strategy, Finance, Legal, Trade, and Field Sales.
- Collaborate with the entire Market Access department, other internal groups including sales, medical groups, and healthcare professionals (HCPs) to identify and resolve trending issues regarding patient access to therapies.
- Monitor, analyze, and triage situations which may adversely impact patient access to therapy.
- Develop and execute an education plan to support HCP education on patient access program offerings.
- Assist pharmacies, healthcare provider offices, and field sales teams to overcome barriers to patient access that result in suboptimal coverage.
- Create and execute field pharmacy strategy to provide access and coverage support to healthcare professionals and billing/office managers, including knowledge of program operations.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for internal stakeholders and external healthcare professionals (HCPs) regarding education on pharmacy network operations and how to provide access for patients, ensuring inclusivity and accessibility for all individuals.
- Develop training curriculum for the team focused on pharmacy network agreements and compliance, access, distribution, and affordability, as well as, disease and product knowledge. Serve as pharmacy network subject matter expert on Incyte dermatology products.
- Develop business rules, standard operating procedures and working norms.
- Recruit and onboard a diverse field pharmacy team to support the successful launch of Opzelura, ensuring an inclusive hiring process.
- Provide leadership and support to Field Pharmacy Managers.
Qualifications (Minimal acceptable level of education, work experience, and competency)

- Experience in dermatology coverage and competitive launch experience, including a strong track record of success in diverse and inclusive environments.
- Minimum of relevant experience in management capacity, or equivalent skills and knowledge.
- Advanced degree, or clinical license preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Extensive relevant experience, including experience in retail pharmacy and dermatology disease state, is preferred.

- Willingness to travel within the US up to 40%, with accommodations available for individuals with disabilities.
- Demonstrate proficiency with salesforce.com CRM use, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and reliable follow-through.
- Demonstrated ability to provide guidance, mentorship, and support to new team members and colleagues, fostering an inclusive and collaborative team environment.
- Strong clinical knowledge as it relates to payer approval process, and solid business acumen. Strong organizational, problem solving and project management skills.
- Proven ability to thrive in both an independent setting and in a cross functional / team environment.
- Understanding of and respect for patients, providers, patient advocates, and healthcare providers.
- Experience working with pharmacy distribution services and co-pay programs.
