The Enterprise Client Data Product Lead is a leadership position in the Data Product and Program Management organization within Citi’s Chief Data Office (CDO). CDO is responsible for an enterprise-wide effort to transform and strengthen the firm’s data, modernize data infrastructure while simplifying the data operating model and executing the strategic and regulatory priorities for the firm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define Enterprise single client identifier strategy, roadmap and business case working in partnership with all LOBs and Functions
  • Identify Business and Consent Order applications of single client view, including data driven KYC
  • Leverage understanding of latest technology including AI/Gen AI to identify applicable business opportunities.
  • Participate in overall solution design and architecture, define end to end coverage and strategic data use
  • Implementation of Enterprise Client Data programs, securing stakeholder buy-in
  • Analyze performance measured through KPIs and inform solutions to improve customer experience moving forward.
  • Maintain the Product Roadmap with transparent prioritization criteria, make appropriate tradeoffs to optimize time-to-market.
  • Clearly communicate goals, roles, responsibilities and desired outcomes
  • Develop executive presentations and roadshow with stakeholders early and often.
  • Support across multiple time-zones and geographies, as required.
  • Gain buy-in from peers and stakeholders with different needs and expectations. Builds strong Client Relationships / Business Partnerships.
  • Partner across business areas, build trust, and facilitate working together across silos, drive reusability.
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency. Interface with Legal, Compliance and Risk to protect both our business and our customers’ interests.

Skill requirements

  • Extensive experience in technology and data – comfortable working with technology teams to drive forward thinking data and technology architecture.
  • Strong Communicator – exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and effectively across all levels within Citi’s organizational hierarchy as well as different functional areas.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and minimum 10 years of experience in Data and/or Technology. Financial domain preferred
  • Experienced in Agile delivery model, product management, business analysis, data analysis.
  • Strong experience working with business stakeholders, eliciting requirements, guiding product vision, roadmap, prioritization and backlog management.
  • Extensive experience working with development and testing teams to design solutions, assess feasibility and translate business requirements into tech requirements.
  • Experience partnering with cross-functional teams including UI/UX Design teams, Risk, Legal, Operations, Governance and Technology
  • Execution/Delivery experience of large transformation programs
