What you’ll achieve
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Establishing policies and procedures related to this regional area of responsibility
The GSO program for all facilities and personnel located in this regional area
Conducting security risk assessments of facilities and operations within region or otherwise informed by the Regional Security Director
Conducting and managing investigations partnering Global investigations and local law enforcement authorities where required
Preparing well documented investigative and security assessment reports
Overseeing the budget and expenditures of the above areas of responsibility
Essential Requirements:
Ownership for driving Security programs within the Dell physical security site / region and assisting the extended team to implement process change, when required, in line with Global initiatives / standardization. Manage security equipment maintenance, design and installation at the manufacturing site in conjunction with the Global Technology team.
Managing the development and continuous improvement of processes internally that enable more efficient and secure operating activities and business controls, e.g., process integration and synchronization internally.
Act as Physical Security subject matter expert in relation to supporting Key Business initiatives. Assess the impact to the current business model, identify opportunities associated with same and work to develop solutions that enable seamless integration of future state processes such as Security operations, Crisis management and Global investigations
Key Process Indicator management and messaging to the corporate team to a standard cadence. Supporting weekly operational metric review internally, e.g., Weekly Ops calls and internal metric review, report development and process standardization.
Partner with the Regional Account Manager and Uniform Security Services on managing the onsite guard services, organizing the physical protection at a facility and corporate event support
Excellent verbal and written communications skills required in both English and the local language.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experiences and industry certifications
Internationally recognized security certification (CPP, CSMP, PSP)
