Lead and/or guide pilot plant experimentation and drive the use of model-based design of experiments (MBDOE) to accelerate technology delivery and identify innovation opportunities.
Develop local expertise in the areas of green hydrogen, carbon capture, biogas and other gas processing technologies.
Build awareness of the market, competition, and new developments. Contribute to technology strategy development to build a strong pipeline of sustainable solutions that will drive growth.
You Must Have:
Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering of chemistry
8+ years of experience in a Technology, Engineering, Research & Development, or Technical Service role, preferably in the area of gas processing technologies.
We Value:
Strong understanding of chemistry/chemical engineering fundamentals and application in process, catalyst and/or adsorbent technology development
Experience in chemical reaction model development, chemical reaction engineering and process design.
Experience in developing and executing experimental plans including the use of statistical tools for data analysis.
Knowledge of Six Sigma concepts and their application in managing risk and uncertainty.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Advanced degree (Masters, PhD) in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry.
