As an Software Engineer in Data Center Operating Systems you will support our vision to provide right parts to technicians at the right time to facilitate the accurate and timely execution of tasks, including ingestion, repairs, installs, preventive maintenance, and decommissioning. This role requires deep technical expertise, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to hit the ground running. You will collaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, customers, and other engineers to help bring our software to fruition. You will be counted on to be an influential voice in decisions related to system architecture and feature development. As innovators, we embrace new technology and you will be empowered to guide the direction of the technology choices we make.We are looking for an experienced Software Development Engineer who is excited about building the next generation of Data Center automation systems. As a Software Development Engineer, you will be responsible for the architecture and implementation of highly scalable distributed systems that provide availability, scalability, and latency guarantees. In addition, you will be expected to raise the standards of the organization by mentoring junior engineers, interviewing them, and up-leveling the coding standards.Key job responsibilities

- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language

- 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
