System Analysis and Design:
- Gather and understand business requirements from business or process owners
- Conduct feasibility studies and solution prototyping with relevant IT partners
- Define, design, and re-engineer business systems solutions and processes
- Review and ensure IT design and solution prototypes meet business needs with user/customer experience in mind
End to End Solution Implementation:
- Lead and deliver end-to-end system solutions implementation, including design and build review, conducting testing and user training, cutover, and go-live support
- Work closely with the IT development team (internal and external) to ensure a timely solution according to the specifications and implementation of business needs
- Assure the quality of system solutions implementation by developing and executing test plans and cases
- Create and provide quality training material for user assistance and system usage
- Resolve issues related to business use of implemented systems or processes by working with systems or process owners and project teams to find acceptable solutions
- Guide the implementation of enterprise and system-level architectures and systems by creating and communicating well-written documentation and presentations
Business Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for business process improvements and recommend system solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Drive harmonization across systems and processes
Business Continuity Support:
- Troubleshoot and fix SAP issues, handle work requests, and provide consultation
- Collaborate with the SAP global team to resolve major issues and site outages
- Manage SAP access, including new SAP user/license setup (new hires, role changes), and SAP training governance
- Provide audit support, including reports, transactions, queries, and segregation of duties
- Support year-end activities, including analysis and clean-up activities
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures
- Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure successful system implementations and upgrades
- Lead multiple project activities simultaneously, working with internal and external cross-functional groups
- Manage system implementation projects by applying basic project management methodology
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5 to 8 years of working experience as an SAP Business System Analyst or in a similar role
- Proficiency in SAP modules such as SAP LE/WM, SD, MM, Plant Maintenance, FI/CO, etc., with a strong understanding of SAP configuration and customization
- Experience in managing SAP implementation projects and working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into system solutions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Knowledge and experience in SAP (S4HANA) will be advantageous
- Project management experience with formal accreditation is a plus
- Ability to navigate a cross-matrixed and diverse environment
