As the Director, In-line Brands - Global Health Economics, Value, and Outcomes, you will serve as the principal strategic and technical lead for our Neuroscience TA, primarily focused on the US market. You will develop and implement comprehensive evidence generation plans, including clinical, economic and humanistic evidence to meet the needs of different external stakeholders (Payers, HCPs, Patients/Caregivers, etc.). You will work closely with the Global TA counterpart, formulate and update the recommended function strategies including the update of the value proposition and the adaptation and training of relevant colleagues on RWE, indirect comparisons, economic models and value dossiers.
⦁ Develop and execute evidence generation plans, including clinical, economic, and humanistic evidence.
⦁ Manage relationships with external partners to complete GHEVO studies.
⦁ Provide expertise in the development of medical and clinical plans and studies.
⦁ Stay abreast of trends in therapeutic areas, GHEVO, pricing, reimbursement, and market access.
⦁ Build a network of clinical, GHEVO, and payer experts to support market access strategies.
⦁ Manage project budgets and timelines.
⦁ Contribute to scientific communications and publications.
⦁ Ensure all initiatives remain within budget and meet project timelines, prioritize activities to support strategic milestones.
⦁ PhD in Health Economics, Epidemiology, Health Services Research, Market Access, or related field with a minimum 5 years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with a minimum 7 years of relevant experience
⦁ Proven track record of peer-reviewed scientific publications
⦁ Strong knowledge of healthcare systems, pricing mechanisms, and health technology assessment guidelines across the major regions (e.g,. US and EU)
⦁ Proven experience on relevant study methods such as: observational (linked-) database studies; chart review studies and surveys; economic models (cost-effectiveness; budget impact; cost-consequence)
⦁ Ability to develop and execute function strategies and studies for specific compounds
⦁ Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills
⦁ Strong collaboration , communication and leadership skills
⦁ Clear understanding of the phases in the drug development process
⦁ Experience in neuroscience/psychiatry is preferred
