As a Senior Account Manager at Honeywell Process Solutions (HPS), based in Madrid, you will play a critical role in driving the company's strategic growth and success. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with key customers, understanding their business needs, and providing innovative solutions to meet their requirements. Your expertise in account management and business development will contribute to the overall success of our organization.
You will report directly to our Regional Sales Manager, and you will work out of our Madrid, Spain location.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
You Must Have:
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in business development, account management or sales in the environment of industrial automation.
Experience in the EPC market.
Proven track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
