Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Key Responsibilities:
- To support the execution of product strategy category interface between Global BU(business opportunities, commercial input process, SMU’s, performance results, market trends/insights, category plans, etc.)
- Manage the product range strategy of customized team wear with X BU from global offering and develop local relevant products with CCS when there is product gap with capability to work independently
- Responsible for the business success of theLockerRoomincl. setting forecasts, pricing corridor, size range, RID and Sell-through
- Build the category range by channels within guidelines by Global BU, incl. inline, promo, SMU, Local Creation
- Responsible for ordering samples sets, including inline pre-sale & SMS, plus ISC, etc.
- Monitor and ensure full up-stream product readiness for digital product launch on Locker Room platform.
- Monitor site and run report daily to ensure that a premium experience is being received by all customers, independent of device and location
- Conduct pre-launch data checks in appropriate systems to confirm content is ready to be enabled ensuring a premium customer experience
- Act as a point of contact for customer service to escalate and resolve critical path issues with the site, offer or delivery
- Analyze competitor landscape and benchmark our adidas offer
- Supervisor and oversee product digital creation processes for team sport custom uniforms and 3D asset configurator creation with internal and external stakeholders

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Strong knowledge, understanding and genuine passion for team sports
- Strong communication and relationship skills
- Strong analytical skills, be solution driven and result oriented
- Demonstrated ability to drive results with cross functional partners
- Prior Product management and/or merchandising experience
- Strong Systems knowledge (M-3, RMA, MicroStrategy, SharePoint, Smartsheet)
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in category management/product required. Regional experience preferred.
- University degree in Business or equivalent professional experience, ideally in Sales and/or Marketing
- Sporting goods industry experience required
- Fluent in English and Chinese
- Strong Computer Skills including Outlook, Word, Excel (Pivot), Powerpoint, etc
- Passion for sports and belief that through sports we have the power to change lives
- Willingness to travel up to 15-20% of time
