As senior consultant, you will play a critical role in driving value for our clients, working closely with our senior and experienced transfer pricing professionals including partners, directors and senior managers. You, gaining exposure to wider tax and commercial issues as you work closely with other tax and other specialties to solve client problems from a holistic perspective.
Your responsibilities as a senior consultant in our team will include:
- Formulate, recommend, and implement global transfer pricing policies and frameworks for multinational clients
- Be part of our teams negotiating advance pricing agreements with the IRD and offshore tax authorities
- Support our clients with tax authority risk reviews and audits
- Analyse the impact of changes to international tax rules and prepare recommendations on their consequences for clients transfer pricing positions
- Support the project management multiple engagements to ensure they are delivered to time and budget
- Undertake transfer pricing analysis and reviews of cross border debt arrangements
- Engage directly with our clients, offshore EY offices and other stakeholders to build enduring relationships

- Relevant Transfer Pricing experience in a relevant role either from an industry or professional services background
- Attention to detail and experience in assimilating and communicating complex information and data sources
- Communication skills which enable you to provide succinct and well-informed recommendations to clients
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to stay abreast of wider legal, economic, environmental and political factors that influence transfer pricing
