Job Responsibilities

  • Assist with the operational side of the research process involving internal and external research tools.
  • Review and onboard new vendors and tools.
  • Manage access and list management.
  • Help manage strategic initiatives that improve team efficiency and impact, establishing operational systems and outcomes.
  • Assist with process improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners, such as Tech Owners, Legal, and Policy.
  • Serve as the "go-to" for knowledge sharing vendor and research tool information.
  • Maintain strong working relationships by collaborating with stakeholders and business teams.
  • Move initiatives forward, find resources, escalate, and resolve open issues that prevent progress.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in Research Operations or UX/Research related role or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in process and project management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human computer interaction, user experience design/research, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience working in vendor management.
  • Understanding of UX Research tools, methodologies, and practices.
  • Track record of operating independently, taking initiative, embracing ambiguity, and delivering results in a highly organized manner.
  • Experience building relationships with peers and senior stakeholders and collaborating with cross-functional teams across multiple locations.
