As a designer, you'll lead high-impact projects from inception to production, overseeing the entire development process.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Provide technical leadership on high-precision motion control engineering projects;
- Work closely with multiple groups across the organization
- End-to-end ownership of the development process, from high-level system specification to production;
- Architectural and detailed design, modeling and simulation using tools such as Matlab and Python;
- Conducting concept and feasibility studies;
- Selecting appropriate technologies and vendors;
- Perform lab testing and ensure seamless system integration;
- Provide support throughout the product lifecycle.
What it takes to be successful:
- Degree in electrical engineering or related field;
- Understanding of analog and digital electronics principles and communication protocols, familiarity with motors, drivers, sensors, servo controllers;
- Hands-on approach;
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand non-standard problems and find innovative solutions;
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills;
- Ability to work independently on multiple projects simultaneously.
