Learning Strategy & Design
- Lead end to end execution of learning virtual/ digital modules for System Implementation Training, Application Simulations, Capability Development using Virtual/Classroom Trainings or Blended Models
- Conduct learning needs analysis, persona development, and curriculum design to shape learner journeys and ensure alignment with business goals
- Develop and implement learning strategies using proven instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE model).
- Execution of L&D projects using methodology of VILTs, WBTs, guided tours, job aids, animated videos etc.
- Plan, execute, and operationalize learning programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and a positive learner experience.
- Oversee training deployment, logistics, and post-course sustainment, including participant feedback and knowledge assessments.
- Champion the adoption of AI-powered learning solutions, microlearning, and personalized digital journeys.
Digital Learning & Innovation
- Lead end-to-end design and execution of blended learning programs, including virtual/classroom training, e-learning, simulations, and gamification.
- Working knowledge of digital tools (Articulate Storyline, Rise, Captivate, Gomo Learning, Adobe Suite, Vyond) for content creation and hosting on platforms like SharePoint and SuccessFactors.
- Blended learning, guided tours, byte-size videos, animations, simulations & gamification.
- Manage LMS activities, including course/class creation, content upload, instructor assignment, and reporting.
Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration
- Build collaborative partnerships with business stakeholders, subject matter experts (SME), and peers.
- Facilitate train-the-trainer sessions and instructor-led programs, ensuring effective knowledge transfer.
- Engage in pursuits and proposal development for L&D and training requirements.
- Manage costs and budgets for L&D projects.
Skills & Attributes for Success
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design experience.
- Experience in consulting or professional services, having managed large projects on learning and development, blended learning, Digital/Virtual learning.
- Proficiency in digital learning tools and LMS/LXP platforms.
- Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (required); Master’s in HR, Education, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in learning & development program development and delivery.
- Advanced knowledge of instructional design, digital learning modalities, and project management (L&D, Capability Training)
