What you'll do...
The Staff Software Engineer role will work with Walmart's Enterprise Client Experience team to design and architect solutions. You will drive innovation in how WM manages hardware, software, and virtual desktops. Collecting and utilizing telemetry, you will ensure a stable and consumer grade experience for our associates.
What you'll do:
- Work closely with engineering teams to formulate solutions for managing our hardware and software portfolio.
- Guide the design and construction of a Device Telemetry and Device Management system.
- Influence product / development teams to adopt engineering excellence initiatives such as CI/CD and Accessibility.
- Identify areas of opportunity in the organization and devise actionable plans to address them.
- Participate in Architecture Review process to improve products across ADE.
What you'll bring:
- Experience managing Windows / Mac / IGEL devices, operating systems, applications, or virtual desktops.
- Experience designing systems for collecting and analyzing device telemetry data.
- Proven software or systems engineering experience across diverse products.
- Proven track record of executing on complex cross-functional initiatives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to influence at all levels, from new hires to executives.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: - Stock
