Promote the LSS (Life Cycle Service & Support) business and drive the Services business growth and profitability with customer satisfaction and safety record
Delivery of the support services to customers respecting global standards and processes
Comprehend customer needs and resolve issues through technical knowledge
Knows customer’s site and contacts and uses Honeywell support network to provide excellent service and quality to customer
Focuses on Customer growth and development and identify service business opportunities in the customers’ installed base
Key skills and qualifications
Previous experience within service engineering and distributed control systems engineering
Experience with Experion PKS Hardware & Software, in addition to Hiway, TDC, & TPS system experience including LCN, UCN, and Hiway equipment along with PC/Networking experience
Awareness of electronic systems (installation / configuration / implementation)
Excellent stakeholder management and customer handling skills
Full UK Driving License
