Your key responsibilities

You will also support the consolidation team in identifying areas of improvements in the consolidation process and implementing agreed improvements.

As part of Consolidation team, you will support in maintaining and managing the chart of accounts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with financial reporting requirements. You will also support in identifying areas of improvements in the chart of accounts and implementing agreed improvements.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; or professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in management and statutory consolidation for large groups
• Strong knowledge of IFRS consolidation concepts and practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and compliance
• Flexibility to travel across the MENA region based on client engagements

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Experience of working on SAP BPC (Business Planning and Consolidation) tool or any other similar consolidation tool.
• Experience of maintaining and enhancing Chart of Accounts of large group
