As a Technical Support Engineer you will own scaling our systems, eliminating root causes for reported issues, proactively testing and eliminating issues, and building tooling to identify and resolve customer-facing issues. Key metrics you will be contributing to are towards the health of our systems measured by the volume of reported issues and time to resolve issues. Bangalore, KA, IND

- 4+ years of software development, or 4+ years of technical support experience
- Experience scripting in modern program languages
- Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems
- Experience in agile/scrum or related collaborative workflow
- Experience troubleshooting and documenting findings

- Knowledge of distributed applications/enterprise applications
- Knowledge of UNIX/Linux operating system
- Experience analyzing and troubleshooting RESTful web API calls
