• Purchasingexecution - Tactical creation of purchase orders based on planner’s demandforecast and requisitions.
• Placespurchase orders with approved suppliers per appropriate agreements.
• Invoicediscrepancies - Immediately resolves all issues relating to invoices on hold.
• Conductsnegotiations of purchase value and terms on spot buys, site unique suppliersand/or commodities not currently covered under existing agreements.
• Managespurchasing system alerts (e.g., invoice, quantity, etc.).
• Workon the improvement of the supplier Performance and Other KPY’s ( OTTR, POHealth …..)
• Actsas liaison between factory operations, suppliers, and sourcing organization.
• Submitsand continually updates forecasts provided by production planners.
• ProcessesEngineering Change Requests.
• Complieswith all approved sourcing processes and policies.
• Workswith the Regional Purchasing Manager to drive continuous improvement activitiesand best practices across the tactical team to achieve daily efficiencyimprovements and achieving ISC metrics.
• Staysup to date in systems and technology capabilities and support the deployment ofsystem improvements.
• SupportsNPI initiatives in collaboration with engineering and sourcing.

YOU MUST HAVE

• 2years’ experience minimum within procurement & buying
• Extensiveexperience using SAP, and Excel
• Communicationand Interpersonal – crisp verbal skills for velocity plus effective listeningskills; effective facilitation and presentation skills; demonstrates highenergy and models behavior.
• Understandingof product life cycle
• Understanding of industrial, ormanufacturing industry segments
• Fluent English and French is mandatory.German can be a plus
