- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, similar technical field of study, or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of professional experience in software engineering.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience as a Thought Leader in security and experience with technology innovation.
- Knowledge of security, distributed systems, access controls, usability.
- Ability to create innovative approaches to solving emerging, complex problems that can stand the test of time.
- Ability to promote product excellence and collaboration driving a portfolio of concurrent engineering projects running the gamut from short-term critical feature launches to long-term research initiatives.
- Entrepreneurial drive and the ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
