In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing data analytics solutions to drive operational excellence in our security programs. Responsibilities include gathering data requirements from stakeholders, designing and building automated reporting solutions, creating data visualization tools, and implementing metrics frameworks that measure program effectiveness. You will collaborate with internal teams to identify key performance indicators, develop data models, and create actionable insights that improve security operations.As a Business Intelligence Engineer, you will identify data gaps, improve reporting efficiency, manage competing priorities, and balance stakeholder needs with technical limitations. An ability to handle multiple complex data projects simultaneously, develop robust analytical solutions, and deliver meaningful insights in a timely manner is essential.Key job responsibilities
Design and implement data analytics solutions and reporting frameworksOwn end-to-end analytics development by creating detailed data requirements documentation, building automated reporting solutions, and managing dashboard implementations.Meet with stakeholders to understand metrics requirements and reporting needsDrive data-informed decision making by developing metrics, analyzing operational trends, and creating clear visualizations that demonstrate program effectiveness and value. Build and maintain dashboards that provide real-time insights into security operations.

- 3+ years of analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL etc. experience
- Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools
- Experience with data modeling, warehousing and building ETL pipelines
- Experience in Statistical Analysis packages such as R, SAS and Matlab
- Experience using SQL to pull data from a database or data warehouse and scripting experience (Python) to process data for modeling
