As a Full Stack Architect, you will be responsible for architecting and designing an application or solution or technical capability to meet business requirement and to exemplify enterprise architecture principles and strategy.
Key responsibilities:
Accountable for architecting and designing comprehensive solutions that meet business requirements in support of a given value stream and/or a transformation initiative
Accountable for partnering with business partners and key IT roles (e.g. Value Stream Owners, Solution Owners, Enabler groups etc.) to create solutions that are aligned to business needs and IT Strategic objectives, architecture standards and principles, leverage common solutions and services.
Ownership of technical designs, code development, and component test execution to demonstrate alignment to the functional specification.
Gains acceptance of high-level design and detailed design documentation through enterprise and peer design reviews.
Provides consulting during the detailed design, build, test and deploy phases, and shepherding value/benefits realization.
Design and development of application architecture components. Performing code reviews and providing critical suggestions for fixes and improvements
Engage and lead solution evaluation and selection, buy vs. build decisions, and early-phase project estimates which contribute to the business case. Applying knowledge of common, relevant architecture frameworks in defining and evaluating application architectures.
Ensure quality of the developed solution from an architecture perspective and conformance of delivered solution. Seeks out for the feedback of deployed components and continuously improve the performance, scalability, and robustness.
Achieving realization of architecture strategy with measurable outcome
The successful candidate will be the following behavioral traits:
Hands-on experience with different technology stacks - database, middle-tier, user interface, and automation.
Proven track record of collaborating with application/engineering team, enterprise architect team and business partners to translate a business need into a robust and integrated technology solution.
Demonstrated ability for working in a fast-paced environment, solving unique and challenging software problems, and developing innovative solutions.
Demonstrated ability to influence and in achieving breakthrough results.
Good communication and Business partner-facing skills.
Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum qualifications:
BS in Computer Science or related field with6+years' or MS with 4+ years' relevant experience. And 5+ years of experience in the following:
A proven track record of successful project/product implementation, Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Pair programming and Test-Driven Development
Proven track record of delivering complex information system design and engineering capabilities
Expertise in data structure, algorithm, database design, and design thinking
Proficiency in one or more backend languages (Java / Spring / GoLang)
Proficiency in one or more frontend framework (HTML5 / Angular / React)
Has Hands-on Test-Driven Development experience and able to author Unit, Integration and Functional Tests.
Advanced English level
Preferred qualifications:
Experience developing on both mobile and web platforms
Prior experience in cloud app development
Experience practicing pair programming in a team
Prior experience in running large-scale Linux enterprise clustered applications with proven DevOps mindset
Must demonstrate strong familiarity of design patterns
