HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

As part of our team, you will perform below tasks:
• LTE/5G Optimization Subject Matter Expert
• >12 years' Optimization experience
• Setting, planning and execution for the Network strategy in terms of coverage, mobility and User perspective
• Leading NPO team on a day-to-day operational aspect of a project scope
• Monitoring and analyzing LTE/5G radio Network statistics
• Maintain / improve all Radio performance KPIs
• Revising Radio KPIs formulas and defining new ones when needed
• LTE/5G Radio parameters Setting and tuning
• Provision and implementation for new features
• Handling both ways RAN Swap activities
• Network expansion and capacity studies
• Deep investigations and troubleshooting experience using various tools and techniques
• Preparation and execution for high level management presentations including managerial and technical details

  • Holds a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from one of the reputable universities

Recognised expert in their field (depth & breadth). Typically requires 5-8 years extensive relevant experience and/or a graduate / postgraduate equivalent degree.
