Key Responsibilities:

• Performance Reporting and Analysis:
  • Generate and maintain regular (weekly, monthly, quarterly) Ads business performance measurement reports, including key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue, click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of Ads performance data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  • Independently perform ad-hoc analyses to address specific business questions and provide timely insights.
• Weekly Business Review (WBR) Process:
  • Lead and facilitate the weekly Ads WBR process, ensuring accurate data presentation and insightful discussions.
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive presentations summarizing key performance highlights and addressing critical business issues.
  • Work with collaborators to ensure they have the proper data for the WBR.
• Financial and Business Insights:
  • Provide finance and business insights based on the latest Ads business performance data to support the business operations team in running the business and achieving annual budget targets.
  • Develop and communicate clear and concise recommendations to drive revenue growth and optimize advertising performance.
  • Work with the finance team to ensure data alignment.
• Collaboration with Data Science:
  • Collaborate closely with the data science team to understand the impact of Ads product changes on revenue and performance.
  • Translate sophisticated data insights into actionable business recommendations.
  • Help to define and refine data requirements for the data science team.
• Team Management:
  • Manage and mentor one Analyst/Workflow (AWF) employee, providing mentorship and support to ensure their success.
  • Delegate tasks optimally and foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
  • Perform performance reviews and development plans for the direct report.
