Duties and Responsibilities:
· Review all incoming customer purchase orders for the required information for order entry.
· Follow specific procedures ensuring accurate order entry and order fulfillment.
· Update and maintain all Sales Orders according to specific instructions from the Sales Ops and Planning team
· Create and enter new customers and part numbers
· Effectively manage emails, internal and external communication to the customer, as well as internal communication with internal customers
· Work with internal departments to solve any issues that arise with the customer order, then serve as a point of contact to present information to the customer from order management POV
· Answer telephone calls and customer service email inquiries timely to include, but not limited to, inquiries about available products, estimated shipment dates, etc.
· Provide various reports for internal and external customers.
· Process customer OS&D claims and maintain tracker
