This position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at manager’s discretion.As a Business Analytics Lead within Enterprise Third Part Management, you will be responsible for design and delivery of operational system enhancements and innovative analytics to deliver insights for the management of vendor risk, performance and value. You will be expected to bring creativity, critical thinking and drive to the conceptual design of impactful information, operational process and the use of technology tools to collect, transform and present that information. You will be expected to have a broad range of skills, with outstanding business and technical acumen. Your role will include providing thought leadership and actively engaging in the detailed work to deliver functional solutions.Preferred Skills:
• Strong organizational and project management skills; capability to prioritize multiple demands and orchestrate work across teams spanning multiple lines of business. Experience delivering complex, multi-year projects with enterprise impact.

Strong data modeling skills, able to collaborate with technology teams on data model design and evaluate a data model’s quality in relation to the information taxonomy it is designed to represent.
• Working knowledge of software delivery methodologies, technology infrastructure, system design principles, and BI strategy and toolsets.
• Demonstrates an ability to quickly navigate a complex organization; advises others on the relationship between risk, financial, performance and operational data used in business analytics.
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills; ability to communication and work with all levels of the organizational hierarchy; capable of creating executive summaries and/or regulatory overviews as necessary.
Job Description
  • Leads the analytics processes across multiple functions or business units leveraging an array of complex analytical tools to create data driven solutions. Serves as mentor to more junior employees.
  • Consults with clients and mentors consultants on tool and strategy implementation and monitoring, statistical scoring, business intelligence, data quality, and analytical product / solution development.
  • Determining the optimal analytic approach and supporting development, implementation and enhancements.
  • Conceptualizing, developing and continuously optimizing analytical solution for operations and executive management to enable data driven decision making.
  • Analyze results and make recommendations for key business partners and senior management or communicate conclusions from complex analytical solutions to a wide range of audiences.
