Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science) AND 3+ years experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or business-related roles.
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 1+ year(s) of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.

Other Requirements

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check:

  • This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred Qualifications:

Responsibilities
  • You will support day-to-day operations and help manage the team's rhythm of business (ROB). You’ll also support plans to carry out continuous business operations in both normal and adverse conditions.
  • You will collaborate with partners and teams to create and implement strategy execution plans, while following best practices. Under the direction of others, you’ll also support the annual budget process.
  • You will provide leadership support by ensuring team activities are aligned with their goals. This will involve establishing a network of decision makers across business and communicating key leadership priorities.
  • You will develop team and individual capabilities by planning, executing, and driving trainings, as well as by partnering with Human Resources on cultural initiatives.
  • You will contribute to cross-team projects as needed to meet changing business requirements. You’ll also engage in project management efforts.
