Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in program management, digital content publishing/management, or experience in a writing or editing role
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years experience communicating technically complex information to non technical audiences.

Other Requirements:

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:

  • Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 7+ years experience in program management, digital content publishing/management, or experience in a writing or editing role
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years recent experience with digital publishing modalities (e.g., Web, social media, in-product, training, online ads).
  • 1+ year(s) experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.
  • Demonstrated experience communicating to executives.

Partner Engagement (Internal or External)

· Influences the development of partner engagements to equip and enable them with relevant information. Takes a strategic approach and assists to develop an overall plan for ongoing relations and interactions with partners. Analyzes content needs and how current and potentially new partners can adapt to content requirements.

Project/Program Management

· Sets accurate expectations for delivery and helps lead peers in timely delivery. Independently manages change, negotiates deadlines and deliverables with stakeholders, prioritizes work, and advises management on status.
