- Maintain a high level of system (Server/Network) reliability by prioritizing and resolving trouble tickets efficiently
- Share knowledge and follow the best practices in Data Center Operations- Contribute to, and improve on operational efficiencyAdditional role requirements
- This role may involve bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching, ascending and descending ladders, stairs, and gangways safely
- 24/7 shift coverage is required and includes 12 hour rotating shifts. This may change based on the future needs of the business

- 2+ years of computer hardware troubleshooting and repair experience
- 1+ years of computer networking experience
- High school or equivalent diploma
