Job Summary:

Certified to perform all job functions of a Molder, Trimmer and Finisher within the cell.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare stock to load press.
• Apply mold release, load and unload product.
• Inspect and process molded panels.
• Statistically monitor product quality levels.
• Make minor adjustments to press set-up as required.
• Maintain appropriate set-up and data in press computer. Monitor for proper setting and alarms.
• Complete daily production summary reports.
• Check for correct solution in tank & place panels in solution.
• Seat panels in die, trim and call for trim check.
• Rinse product and transfer product into tote
• Line clearance of Molding, Trimming and Washing equipment.
• Metal detect-stoppers are scanned for metal particles.
• Check routing slip for disposition of trimmed parts.
• Reinspection of Final QC rejects.
• Reprocess work.
• Use good housekeeping practices to maintain a clean, orderly and safe work area.
• Follow all safety rules and safety procedures.
• Performs other duties, as assigned based on business needs.
• Conforms with and abides by all regulations, policies, work procedures, instruction, and all safety rules.
• Exhibits regular, reliable, punctual and predictable attendance .
• Accurately & effectively communicate with other team members and management team

Basic Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 0 - 3 Years of experience
• Successfully complete all training programs and certification requirements. Previous experience preferred. Some basic computer skills required.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Must be Self-motivated and able to work a flexible schedule.
• Must possess an acute attention todetail.
• Basic computer skills, i.e., use amouse/keyboard.
• Ability to apply Good Manufacturing Practices(GMP)
• General use of computer workstationand ability to use SAP commands ispreferred.
• Must be willing and able to work as a team member and make general decisions within authorized job responsibilities.
• Must be able to train and guide others asrequired.
• Must be able to read and write inEnglish.

• Must be able to travel up to 0% of the time

• Physical & Mental Requirements:

• Must be able to read and write.
• Good communication skills to interact with others in a positive manner.
• Must be able to understand direction and adhere to established procedures.
• Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. continuously and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
