Your role:
Driving financial performance of Industry operations activities. Identify risks and opportunities to current financial projections and take corrective actions in line with strategic priorities where needed (e.g., margin improvement, cost improvements, productivity improvement).
Understanding business needs and developing state of the art business modeling, opportunity & risk assessments and driver-based scenario analyses.
Drive finance transformation at factory level from descriptive analysis to best in class prescriptive analytics, creating actionable insights with potential to apply processes on multiple Philips factories.
Owning the strategic and operational (business / financial) planning process and performance management, incl. presentation to international senior stake holders up to ExCo level.
Drive investment decisions for growth, replacement, in-/outsourcing and productivity business cases (ROI).
Business integrity: adherence to FCPA and GBP in coop. with Legal & HR.
Ensure strong and efficient internal control environment.
Take on a leadership role within the finance function, overseeing a team of three employees and ensuring high performance through motivation, development, and performance management
You're the right fit if:
You hold a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Business or Finance.
You have 6-8 years of relevant experience in Finance and Operations within large multinational companies, including solid FP&A and A&IC knowledge.
You bring experience in Data Science, which is a strong plus.
Experience in Operations and/or Supply Chain is an advantage.
You are hands-on, proactive, solution-driven, and highly accurate while maintaining a big-picture perspective across functions.
You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build bridges between people and influence business decisions.
You understand the impact of developments on business results and can translate key drivers into financial consequences.
You demonstrate strong analytical abilities and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
You have experience with SAP.
Advanced German language skills are a plus.
