In this role, you will impact the efficiency andeffectiveness of our field service operations, ensuring that our customersreceive timely and high-quality service. You will play a key role in drivingcustomer satisfaction and loyalty, as well as identifying opportunities forservice improvement and growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee and manage the field service operations
- Lead a team of field service technicians and provideguidance and support
- Coordinate service schedules and ensure timelycompletion of service requests
- Monitor and analyze service data to identifytrends and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functionalteams to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction
The salary range for this position is $83,200 - $105,000. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
YOU MUST HAVE:
- 3+ years of experience in field service operations in HVAC or arelated field
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellentproblem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Customer-focused mindset andstrong interpersonal skills
