The Premium Hub CoE (Center of Expertise) Ireland is an organization that focuses on delivering desired outcomes and experiences for our customers globally through premium advisory, support, and services. The delivery of quality services serves as a catalyst for the software adoption that allows our customers to accelerate their digital transformation journeys in becoming intelligent enterprises.

  • A journey that is powered by SAP S/4HANA and SAP Cloud Solutions. Our Business Processes Consultants contribute with technical and functional expertise to deliver a portfolio of services that drive value creation through a combination of best practices, tools, knowledge, and experience to catalyse rapid time-to-value and accelerate the customers’ transition to the cloud.
  • Provide onsite and remote Process Consultancy via project engineering, assessment, and safeguarding services from SAP's best practice solutions.
  • Develop the expertise of a CoE Business Processes Consultant with SAP’s products and technologies, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP Business Technology Platform, Data Management, Analytics, Security, Hybrid Cloud, Intelligent Technologies, IBP, Finance (FICO) and more.
  • The goal is to enable our customers to implement and operate their SAP solutions at their maximum potential with optimal TCO (total cost of ownership) and to manage their technical risks during solution implementation and operation. The CoE work directly with the world’s largest customers in the most exciting industries.

What you'll bring

  • It would be beneficial to have proficiency in some programming Languages: JAVA, ABAP, Python, SQL, R, C# etc.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a flair for very detailed technical thinking and root cause analysis.
  • Strong team player who learns and adapts quickly in a Global Environment.
  • A want for continuous self-improvement, with continuous learning and mentoring.
  • Willingness to travel abroad to different regions for both Customer and Internal requests (infrequent).
  • Can work under pressure, in critical situations, and in tight deadlines.
  • Very high Customer focus and Customer facing skills (Handling customer escalations).
  • Strong Communication / Presentation skills (MS teams), bringing a proactive approach within a digital environment.
  • Honours degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Maths, Physics, Science or similar
