The team you'll be part of CFO GBS MDM DO SMD East is a diverse team who is providing master data operational support for supplier/vendors and employees. What you will learn and contribute to Main Responsibility Area of the Supplier Data Management Specialist · New Vendor Creation according to the business requests · Vendor Extensions/Maintenance · Company Code extension to allow invoice posting for an existing vendor but for a new Nokia entity · Purchase organization extension to allow the purchase order creation in a new area of purchase (e.g vendor used for direct but planned to be used for indirect) · Bank Data Maintenance when new Bank connection needed to vendor either on vendor request or in case another currency has been contracted. · Vendor General Data update · Name changes (typically triggered from Supplier) · Address changes, contact address, email contacts (relocations or M&A) · Tax Code changes · Withholding Tax (for correct taxation) · Reconciliation Accounts (for spend reporting) · Payment terms, Payment method on several levels (general or company code level) · Vendor blockings / un- blockings · Closing or reopening of vendors in certain Company Codes/Porgs where they already existed before SDM/VMD is a global team (located in India, Noida & Budapest, Hungary) and responsible for creation, extension and maintenance of Vendor Data according to the concerning policies. Key Responsibilities - Create/Maintain/Extend Vendor (Employee) master data - Create/Run reports based on Nokia policies - Communicate with end users / requestors - Provide relevant training for end users - Participate in projects - Improve procurement process based on the input from the end user.

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
