Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
7 years of experience managing and collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing without authority to drive operational excellence, delivery of priority initiatives, process improvements, and change management.
Experience with operational support of account planning territory planning and business pipeline review.
Experience with regionally executing a globally developed business operations strategy.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience supporting the communication, training, and monitoring of business operational changes, with a focus on driving adoption and measuring impact.
Experience analyzing business processes and performance data to provide actionable insights and assess the operational impact of potential changes.
Knowledge of the Prosci Awareness, Desire, Knowledge, Ability and Reinforcement (ADKAR) methodology or other organizational change management methodologies.
Ability to contribute to the design and implementation of business process and system changes, including identifying integration points and updates.
Ability to develop creative and non-traditional solutions for challenging, undefined problems.
