Primary Responsibilities:

You’ll contribute to the overall strategy and risk profile by:

  • Coordinating the operational activities for assigned functional areas.
  • Ensuring quality service and effective operations support for all assigned customers.
  • Accomplishing results through the effective collaboration with staff that may range from lower level non-exempt through exempt level professionals.
  • Frequently handling sensitive information and must operate with discretion.

Other Duties May Include:

  • Collecting and interpreting data to produce reports.
  • Conducting special projects.
  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, presentations and travel arrangements.
  • Compose correspondence and other documentation as needed.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Typically 1+ year of applicable experience

Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • Basic knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, financial services, and regulatory trends that impact their assigned line of business
  • Basic understanding of the business line’s operations, products/services, systems, and associated risks/controls
  • Basic knowledge of Risk/Compliance/Audit competencies
  • Strong analytical, process facilitation and project management skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages, including Microsoft Office applications and word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentations

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $62,985.00 - $74,100.00 - $81,510.00 Job postings typically remain open for approximately 20 days of the posting date listed above, however the job posting may be closed earlier should it be determined the position is no longer required due to business need.
