Job purpose
- Technical Lead of a larger team in the R&A COE team to work on various Data Science and Machine Learning projects.
Specific Role requirements
- Must have at least 4 years of deep experience in building descriptive/ predictive analytical solutions.
- Capability to clearly understand and articulate a data science problem and lead multiple projects with required support.
- Should have hands-on experience in handling various datasets and should be familiar with data science and machine learning techniques in R/Python. Deep learning experience is a plus.
- Should have hands-on experience on database using SQL.
- Should have knowledge on Data visualization tool like Power BI.
- Good to have experience in any AutoML tool.
- Good to have experience in GenAI.
- Good to have experience in Azure cloud.
Client Responsibilities:
- Need to work as a senior team member who should be able to use their skills/experience to be hands on in rapidly identifying and developing data science solutions.
- Provide product and design level technical best practices
- Interface and communicate with the onsite coordinators
- Develop analytical strategies for business using model results of predictive modelling, time series forecasting, clustering, segmentation of customers etc.
- Documenting and presenting work to the client. Proactively recommending and influencing changes in business decision-making.
- Completion of assigned tasks on time and regular status reporting to the lead
Experience and Qualification:
- B Tech/Masters or Ph. D. degree in either Economics (econometrics) or Statistics or MBA (with strong quantitative background) or Bachelors in Engineering with strong quantitative background and adequate industry experience
- Should be at least around 5-6 years of experience in Analytics
- Should have understanding and experience of analytics best practices.
- Excellent business communication, Consulting, Quality process skills
- Must be a team player and team leader
