VP Treasury Corporate Governance Analyst, part of the Treasury CAO Business Execution team, provides a central point of stakeholder management and governance coordination for Treasurer level submissions, memos, and resolutions to the Board and associated Board committees. Role supports SVP with managing, coordinating, and preparing critical Treasury deliverables including materials for Board Governance meetings. Requires good analytical skills to filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex and dynamic material from multiple sources. Strong communication and diplomacy skills are required.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct a review of documents, emails, and relevant materials for relevance and accuracy, verify supporting evidence
  • Conduct maintenance of forward dividend calendar as well as independent review of proposed dividend rates, dollar amounts, and per share amounts, including a reconciliation of total share counts with 10Q disclosures
  • Review, edit, and collaborate with relevant stakeholders for Board resolutions and related materials by internal counsel
  • Review, edit, and collaborate with relevant stakeholders for proposed Preferred Stock dividends by Capital Committee
  • Obtain and record evidence of Board approval, management memo support, or Assistant Secretary’s Certificates where applicable
  • Pro-actively identify process improvements or suggest enhancements, as well as document detail activities related to each process
  • Ensure 100% on time delivery is achieved for all deadlines
  • Manage relationships for strong stakeholder connections

Qualification:

  • 6+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience in working with various risk and control systems and modern Microsoft collaboration suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer focused with excellent Interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment collaborating across diverse groups
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
  • Self-motivated and detail oriented
  • Pursues and welcomes new thinking and insights
  • Exhibits strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
