Job Description:IPU Silicon Engineering is seeking an experienced and organized student to provide high quality, reliable administrative support.
You will need to perform various administrative and project-related activities in support of individuals or groups.
Typical duties may include, but are not limited to the following:
- Schedule and coordinate logistics for meetings and events,
- Manage calendar schedule,
- Coordinate and negotiate with other admins for complex meetings and international travel
- create and maintain confidential information
- Organize meetings and events
- track headcount, new employees integration and serve as an information resource
- communication channel for policies and procedures.
- Role requires to support 2 sites: Jerusalem and Petah-Tikva.
Qualifications:- Currently Enrolled to a B.A. or M.A. Degree
- At least 4 semesters till graduation
- Experienced with Office application: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint - Advantage
- Excellent English written and Spoken
- Willingness to work one day a week from the Jerusalem office and one day a week from the Petach-Tikva office
- Available to work at least 3 to 4 days a week.
