The Organizational Development & Learning (OD&L) specialist will be responsible for leading a wide range of global OD&L programs, by identifying, developing and delivering programs for Leadership Development, Talent Management, Values Implementation, Performance Processes, Employee Engagement and more.
The role is a Maternity replacement (6-9 months).
How will you make an impact?
- Exploring, designing, developing, and executing global learning and development corporate programs across different domains and sites.
- Creating tailored content that reflects NICE culture and addresses business organizational requirements.
- Creating and implementing programs and initiatives such as talent management, leadership development, and employee engagement
- Ongoing support in performance, sensing, and assessment processes
Have you got what it takes?
- 2 + years of experience in OD&L from global tech companies
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in creating content, designing and implementing learning and development sessions
- Ability to cultivate strong and multi-cultural partnerships
- Ability to solve challenges creatively by utilizing data to analyze and measure trends and integrative insights
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English
- MA/MBA in Organizational Development / Psychology / Social Sciences / or related field
