- Develop comprehensive cost estimates for aviation projects. Calculate quantities and costs for all structural and architectural components, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project requirements.
- Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs and cost breakdowns for all project components during different project completion stages.
- Update and maintain cost databases with relevant information.
KEY COMPETENCY – Soft Skills
- Demonstrate proficiency in industry-standard software, such as Bluebeam Revu, REVIT, AutoCAD & MS office.
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, CPWD publications and regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of relevant infrastructure construction regulations and standards.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Technical competence in preparing Bill of Quantities and cost estimates fordiverse building projects related to aviation sectorand able to deliver work and integrate with larger project teams.
- Clear knowledge of work procedures and responsibility for completion of projects to time and cost.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines ensuring that work is completed efficiently and effectively.
- Communicating with the counterpart in the lead office/Client and coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams to understand project requirements and obtain necessary information.
- Mentor and guide junior quantity surveyors, providing them with the necessary training and support to develop their skills.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field.
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 12-14 years of experience in Quantity Surveying and Cost Estimation in building projects related to aviation sector.
- Experienceworking on aviation projectsis preferred
