What you will learn and contribute to

As part of the team, you will:

• Solve complex/technical problems in IDM services
• Perform recurrent maintenance tasks on all IDM components
• Monitor the current environment and take proactive actions to maintain the service
• Participate in service upgrade and enhancement deployments
• Mentor junior team members

• 6+ years of hands-on experience with Identity management systems
• 2+ years of hands-on experience using NetIQ IDM suite
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience with NetIQ Identity Manager Engine, Drivers, Remote Loader, iManager, User App, Workflows, Policies, Drivers (User app, AD, Role and Resource, etc.)
• Experience with Identity life cycle, groups, and role management
• Strong knowledge on Active Directory and eDirectory (LDAP)
• Experience in implementing SSL/self-signed certificate and encryption/decryption of keys
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or electronics and communication

Preferred candidates will also have:

• Oracle database experience
• High proficiency with Unix/Linux operating system commands, utilities, and scripting (PowerShell, JavaScript, Python, etc.)
• Knowledge on cloud services, such as GCP and Azure
• Fluent verbal and written English language and communication skills
