About the role: Analyst II, Sales Operations

The core objective of this role is to support the sales operation manager to maintain the service delivery goals and other objectives of the department.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supports the sales operation activities, eg. MDM, Rebate processing, capital equipment tracking process, contract management, etc.
  • Ensures individual goals, SLA’s, KPI’s and OPI’s are met.
  • Provides quality, accurate, reasonable and on-time service, ensures due dates and deadlines are met.
  • Initiating corrective actions for incidents and errors.
  • Monitors service indicators.
  • Responsible for coaching, recertification of team members on process knowledge and ensuring that the team is updated in timely manner about any process changes.
  • Support active knowledge transfer, back-up, best practice sharing, provides with operative directions to other team members.
  • Report any exceptions, errors or issues immediately to supervisor.
  • Executes department strategies and activities.
  • Support improvement initiatives and achieving the objectives of such improvement projects. eg. Automation projects, system implementation projects, and process change, etc.
  • Provides daily, weekly or monthly reports on activities.
  • Provides frontline support for sales for critical issues and value added services.
  • Analyses sales requirements and supports others to achieve anticipated results.
  • Models' strong inter-personal skills in communicating with the stakeholder.
  • Ensure awareness and compliance with applicable standard operating procedures/DTP/LWI to meet, comply and champion all quality and regulatory commitments of Boston Scientific.
  • Tracks completion of mandatory trainings.
  • Responsible for maintaining the required process documents needed from operational excellence perspective (Process maps, SOP, DTP etc) and ensuring the correctness ,completeness and relevance of these documents.
  • Actively performs two-way communication.

Your Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Masters preferred
  • 5+ years of Shared Services/Global Business Services experience in sales operation, master data, finance, supply Chain management operations. Service Delivery management, operational metrics and scorecards, and experience within a progressive global shared service operating model with be preferred.
  • 1-2 Years of Team Handling Experience is preferred.
  • Superior problem-solving skills, communication and team/interpersonal skills. Outstanding ability to diagnose problems which could be related to process, technology, strategy or people and put in place actions/measures.
  • Preferred experience in driving projects for improvements.
  • PC literacy: ability to quickly learn and productively use new software applications
  • IT technical skills: Microsoft office tool, understand the underlying technical aspects of technology / system / applications.
  • International experience – Self-awareness of communication styles and cultural / global differences
