ABOUT THE ROLE
As a you will respond and resolve complex service calls providing technical support, upgrades and troubleshooting to Honeywell security systems (CCTV, access control, etc.) for our commercial customers in
Columbia SC and across the state of SC as required. You will report directly to our Sr Field Service Supervisor in the West Columbia, SC office.
Additional responsibilities related to the technical delivery of small service jobs, time and material work, and preventive maintenance may be assigned as well. These customers will have various products installed that fall into the – HVAC, automation controls, life safety, fire, and security systems category as well as their associated computer systems. Our goal is to ensure system up-time and efficiency and ongoing customer confidence in a secure and safe environment with Honeywell.
