You will be collaborating with manufacturers, carriers, and repair vendors. You will support the many functions of our Supply Chain organization. You will perform reporting and analysis to maintain our hardware supply chain. You will have support from our international team. You work will ensure that we scale our supply chain efficiently and achieve operational excellence.

As a Supply Chain Analyst Associate, you will be responsible for:

• Auditing daily and monthly inbound/outbound reports from warehouses and vendors.
• Performing data analysis and creating detailed Excel reports to monitor and validate inventory.
• Maintaining internal databases to ensure that service-line agreements are followed and to review information accuracy.
• Entering requisitions to procure new inventory, and monitoring inventory in deployment warehouses.

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have familiarity or prior experience in a supply chain or similar role and a Bachelor diploma.
• Have excellent Excel skills (particularly Pivot Tables)
• Have experience with and knowledge about asset databases.
• Demonstrate analytical and quantitative capabilities with an ability to provide data-backed analysis.
