Description
This individual contributor role will have significant responsibilities in making decisions, collaborating with multi-functional teams, vendors and suppliers around the globe during the entire development cycle. - Lead on new product engineering validations from prototyping to PVT. - Establish and manage build material readiness, scheduling, critical path and risks on daily basis. - Be ready to work out the mitigation plan to protect the build deliverables. - Drive enclosure, mechanical parts vendors and final assembly factories day-to-day activities to meet project objectives- Communicate and present in various forums to wide ranges of audiences
Minimum Qualifications
- Mechanical background or equivalent
- Strong English-language and Chinese-language skills
- 3+ years and above of project management experience
- Being flexible with domestic and international traveling
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong sense of responsibility and ownership
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 3+ years in consumer products and/or other product development
- Experience working with off shore manufacturers and travel to manufacturing sites
- Strong organizational and management skills, flexibility during the change of time
