Responsibilities include:

  • Provide ongoing financial support to the Large Molecule ExM organization across all platforms including ExM Biologics and ExM Vaccines Focus Factory teams.

  • ​Execute on monthly close activities as well as provide key insights to leadership on actual results including projects, other spending, discards, and manufacturing variances.

  • Support forecast, budget and LROP processes and submission. Consolidate and prepare executive summary and management review presentations.

  • Manage inventory count controls associated with 3rd parties.

  • Support the ExM supplier investment process, including forecasting and actual reporting as well as monitoring of balance sheet advances to ensure compliant accounting.

  • Develop and recommend new and/or improved methods, plans, policies, and changes in present practices for the purpose of accumulating, reporting, and controlling costs.

  • Support digital solution implementations as necessary. Identify dashboards, reports and analyses that can be completed using a digital solution as opposed to current excel workbooks.

  • Provide finance support for any other ad hoc request that may develop.

EDUCATION:

  • BS/BA required, preferably in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3 years plus years of demonstrated experience in an accounting, finance or forecasting related role.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, collaboration, negotiation, and problem solving

  • Ability to lead through change and ambiguity

  • Good knowledge of systems (e.g. Excel, Powerpoint, SAP, PowerBI or other analytical tools)

PREFERRED:

  • A minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience in a manufacturing or cost accounting related role.

  • MBA/CPA

  • Ability to work independently and be decisive in ambiguous environment

  • Excellent data analytics required alongside ability to take an assumptions-based approach.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

U.S. Hybrid Work Model

Effective September 5, 2023, employees in office-based positions in the U.S. will be working a Hybrid work consisting of three total days on-site per week, generally Tuesday, Wednesday and either Monday or Thursday, although the specific days may vary by site or organization, with Friday designated as a remote-working day, unless business critical tasks require an on-site presence. Expected salary range:

$101,100.00 - $159,100.00
