Senior Manager - The role requires demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing team. Proven capabilities of transitioning & stabilising multi country statutory reporting operations.
Your key responsibilities
- Supporting kick-off discussions, understanding of technical aspect of delivery, FTE analysis
 - Analysis of Change impact assessment, and RACI
 - Leading the statutory reporting engagement
 - Collation & review of accounting information: data gather, GAAP bridging etc
 - Reviewing of process documentation, and checklists
 - Monitoring engagement economics
 - Attending weekly calls, tracking and closure of open items etc
 - Service delivery, client & escalation management
 - People management
 
Skills and attributes for success
- Hands on experience in any of the ERP (Business Central preferred)
 - Experience in managing global clients and their accounting process will be preferred
 - Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
 - Strong client and stakeholder management skills
 - Self-motivated, aspirational, and result oriented.
 
To qualify for the role, you must have
- Chartered Accountant (CA/ACCA) /Certified Public Accountant (CPA)/Cost Accountant CWA with at least 12 to 15 years of post-qualification work experience with financial reporting experience.
 - In depth knowledge of IFRS/US GAAP/Ind AS is essential
 - Candidates with proven capabilities of setting up Multi country Statutory reporting Operations, process and client management.
 
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Exposure on International assignments on F&A Transitions, Auditing, Consulting, or other engagements is an added advantage for this role.
 
What we look for
- End to end knowledge of accounting processes, accounting principles (IFRS, US GAAP).
 - Proficient in understanding of Statutory Reporting process, GAAP Bridging & Financial statement preparation.
 - Experience in process gap analysis, transition and delivery management.
 - Conducting basic statutory reporting review through IFRS/US GAAP checklists.
 - Experience in working across geographies-EMEIA/AMERICAS/APAC etc.
 - Excellent knowledge of Excel and Power Point
 - Very good work organization, initiative and commitment
 - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
 - Must be motivated, self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills
